Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date relative to the scheduled departure date.

Cancellation Schedule

  • 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

No-Show Policy

Failure to report for the trip without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

No refund will be provided for no-shows.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Government permits
  • Supplier-imposed non-refundable charges
  • Special event bookings

Force Majeure

Refunds for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control may be subject to supplier policies and applicable regulations.
