1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Route Bliss. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. About Route Bliss

Route Bliss is a travel agency and tour operator offering domestic and international travel packages, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, sightseeing tours, and related travel services.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Required payment has been received.
  • Booking confirmation has been issued by Route Bliss.
  • Necessary travel documents have been submitted where applicable.

Route Bliss reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking before confirmation.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Government taxes, permits, entrance fees, and other applicable charges may be included or excluded as specified in the package details.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during booking.
  • Carrying valid government-issued identification.
  • Obtaining necessary visas, permits, passports, and travel documents.
  • Complying with local laws and regulations.

6. Changes by Traveller

Any request to modify travel dates, names, accommodations, or itinerary details is subject to availability and additional charges imposed by suppliers.

7. Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled by the traveller:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to report for the trip without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No refund will be provided in such cases.

9. Changes by Route Bliss

In rare circumstances, Route Bliss may modify itineraries, accommodations, transport arrangements, or schedules due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government restrictions, supplier issues, or safety concerns.

Suitable alternatives will be arranged whenever possible.

10. Force Majeure

Route Bliss shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including the following:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Airline disruptions
  • Strikes

11. Limitation of Liability

Route Bliss acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers, including hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity providers, and local partners.

Route Bliss shall not be liable for acts, omissions, delays, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by such third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bihar, India.
